How can I invest with you?
You can invest with us in many ways. You can choose either to:
Direct Purchase: You can instruct us to source and negotiate for a specific property on your behalf. We always have a list of properties you could purchase directly from us.
Joint Venture: We also offer joint venture opportunities to our clients on specific development projects. These require an investor to invest in a particular project for a specific period of time. We always have an ongoing project that may interest our clients.
Investment Fund: Our investors can also invest a certain amount of funds to us for a percentage return within a specific period. The interest is paid annually.
What is the process of buying a property through Dikeox?
We have a simple process for our clients:
Instructions and Brief: Our first step is onboarding and conversing with the client to determine their investment choices.
Identify Investment: Once we have had our initial chat, we will use our extensive network in the industry to identify suitable properties based on our client’s investment criteria.
Due Diligence: As is a requirement, we will always conduct thorough due diligence on each property we have identified to ensure the numbers work for the client.
Make an Offer: If we are satisfied that we have a good deal, and with the client’s permission, we will make an offer and handle the purchase process, including legal and financial matters, all the way through to completion.
Property Management: We also offer all our clients bespoke, hands-free portfolio management. This is helpful, as most of our investors are busy professionals and HNW individuals. Our management scope is wholesome, including tenant finding, vetting, rent collection, and maintenance.
